The rates given below are for each type of room during different calendar periods. The first dollar figure is for weekday-night occupancy, and the second is for weekend-night occupancy. (Weekend nights are Friday and Saturday nights).

These rates are subject to change. Most weekends have two-night minimum stays and most holiday weekends have three-night minimum stays. Please inquire for minimum stay requirements and rate changes during holiday periods.

VITAMIN D DAYS They’re now saying that the best way to get much-needed Vitamin D is through 20 minutes of unprotected sun rays several times a week. Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional $20 per guest for parties in excess of double occupancy. 8% sales tax is not included in the rates quoted above. A deposit equal to one night's stay is taken from your credit card to reserve your stay. If you cancel up to 14 days in advance of your reservation, your deposit will be refunded less a $10 cancellation fee. If you cancel within the 14 days, then your deposit will be kept. If you decide to shorten your stay while at The Roxbury, you will still be charged for your full reserved time period.

Holidays include Christmas, New Year's, Martin Luther King Weekend, President's Week, Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July Week, Labor Day Weekend, Columbus Day Weekend, Veterans' Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Weekend. Please inquire for rates.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES. CHECK-IN IS 3:00PM AND CHECK-OUT IS 11:00AM. OUR FRONT OFFICE CLOSES AT 8:00PM, SO IF YOU PLAN TO ARRIVE AFTER 8:00PM, COME TO THE FRONT OFFICE DOOR AND YOU WILL FIND INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO GET TO YOUR ROOM.
