The mountains behind The Roxbury were the inspiration for the lines in the logo. Probably more information than you need to know, but just in case you care ....

Beyond the Widow's Watch
close thisThe Roxbury is not just about the rooms. The back of the property sprawls out over two very green acres (keep Manhattan but give me that countryside ....). A river runs through it to add to the ambiance – excellent for trout fishing, relaxing on a chaise lounge, playing croquet, or throwing around a frisbee.

Motel Front: Floral Delight
close thisThe Roxbury contains 18 rooms and suites. 5 on the upper level of the original “motel” (shown here) and another 5 on the lower level. Our new cool wing contains another 7 units and the entire upstairs of the main house rents out as a suite. Go to our Rooms & Spa section to learn more about all of our units.

Front Porch of the House
close thisThe Front Porch of the House is our favorite place to hang out. Relax here amongst the flowers with a cup o' java in the morning (we serve it beginning at 8:30am) or a glass of wine in the early evening. There's also a screened-in porch in the back of the house with a great view of the river.
