Roxbury's neighboring town of Margaretville has numerous eateries about 10 minutes away, but you might want to be adventuresome and travel to historic Woodstock for some good eats, good people-watching, and good (and sometimes quirky) shopping.

The most exciting culinary experience to hit the Catskills in ages! The owners behind the exciting new gourmet food truck are getting it all right. Quality meets technology. Check with us for when the truck is parked right in our back parking lot (most weekends and Tuesday nights and they will also deliver to your room) or just go to their website to find out where the truck might be showing up on any given day. Oh and did we mention that you can also pay and order online? And don’t let the ‘food truck’ concept fool you into thinking they’re limited to Chevy-van size quantities. Contact them for all sorts of catering from private dinner parties to large weddings. Ask for their bit-size reuben fritters. They’re like heaven wrapped up in a little ball with a kabangie wowie zowie!

And it's only 30 minutes from The Roxbury. And... Highly recommended. If you have to limit your dining choices to only one place during your stay with us, this would be the place.
